We regularly ask clients to complete anonymous surveys. Every 3 months whilst in treatment we collect feedback from those in treatment, and at the end of every treatment journey a person is asked how they felt about every aspect of our service. We read and take on boards all the feedback we receive, although some is impossible to achieve. Below is a separate survey which included 11 clients who had use our service in the past. It was taken more as a snapshot of previous clients rather than a full research project. The results are below:
- The 11 had a total of 16,055 days clean, ranging from 285 to 4,799 days or 9 ½ months to 13 years.
- 9 gave a value for increased positivity experienced, with an average of 9.4 out of 10.

- 2 had experienced lapse but had returned to recovery.
