Francis House has the capacity for 18 clients aged 18 and upwards. The property has a television lounge, dining room, quiet room, multi-faith room, kitchen, outside smoking area, garden and laundry facilities and private spaces for 1-1 counselling sessions along with some on suite bedrooms, bathrooms, and showers. All amenities are available on the ground floor, with various facilities for differing physical disabilities. Francis House is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year
