The Trustees are the heads of the charity. They are an unpaid body of people who work to ensure that the charity operates as it is intended, for the benefit of people wishing to stop using drugs and / or alcohol.
For the day to day running of the house, there is a House Manager, Keyworkers to address the therapeutic needs of the clients and a team of project workers to ensure the clients' needs are met.
